Fuck. I had fully intended to confess everything to Lexi tonight, but forgot my dad had invited a pack from Idaho to visit for a couple of days to talk "business". I was so over my father and his "business" discussions. When he finally agreed to let me take over the pack, he'd made it quite clear that he was retaining control of his little operation. I was personally grateful for this.
Only a handful of people knew the real reason I'd been waiting for so long to be given the Alpha position, and it all came down to their stupid trafficking operation.
