Scene: Roland Enterprises – Executive Office – Next Morning
Isabella stood behind her desk, reviewing a list of names on her tablet. Mercy entered, holding a sealed envelope.
“From the internal audit team,” Mercy said, placing it in front of her. “It’s worse than we thought. Angela had more allies than we expected—senior managers, legal, even marketing.”
Isabella’s eyes narrowed. “Then it’s time to clean house.”
She opened the envelope, flipping through the reports. Every page was another betrayal—people who turned a blind eye, who helped cover the scandal, who profited while her father’s company bled.
“I want their resignations by end of day,” she said. “And draft a press release. We’re announcing a full internal restructure.”
Mercy hesitated. “That’ll cause chaos.”
Isabella looked up, unflinching. “Good. Let them panic. Let them know the era of silence and secrets is over.”
She turned back to the window, voice sharp. “By tomorrow, I want Roland Enterprises to know one thing—I am not here to play nice.”

Scene: Roland Mansion – Angela’s Bedroom
Angela’s eyes darted across the room as she read the email on her laptop. Her lips curled in rage.
“She’s firing them? All of them?”
Mrs. Roland sat stiffly at the edge of the bed. “Isabella’s declaring war on the entire board. If she wins this, Angela, there’ll be no coming back.”
Angela slammed the laptop shut. “She thinks she’s smart, but she’s forgotten one thing.”
Mrs. Roland looked at her warily. “Which is?”
Angela stood, a dangerous smile spreading. “We still have Raymond. And if I can’t stop her at Roland Enterprises… I’ll crush her outside of it.”
She walked to her vanity and opened a locked drawer, pulling out a slim USB drive.
Mrs. Roland frowned. “What’s that?”
Angela’s voice dropped to a whisper. “Insurance. Something I kept from five years ago. If she pushes me any further, I’ll release it.”

Scene: Roland Enterprises – Parking Garage – Later That Day
Nathan leaned against his car, arms crossed. When Isabella stepped out of the elevator, their eyes met. Tension sparked between them.
“You’ve made quite the impression,” he said as she approached. “Half the board’s in shock. The other half’s terrified.”
Isabella gave him a cool glance. “They should be.”
Nathan chuckled. “You always had fire. I just never realized how much.”
She stopped beside him, her gaze unreadable. “You came to say something, or just admire the fallout?”
His expression shifted, more serious. “Angela’s planning something. I don’t know what, but she’s not going down without a fight.”
“I expect nothing less,” Isabella replied, then paused. “Why are you telling me this?”
Nathan hesitated. “Because despite everything... I want to help. And I want to be on the right side this time.”
She studied him for a moment. “You were always a mystery, Nathan. I don’t know if I can trust you.”
“Then give me a chance to prove it,” he said, stepping closer. “Let me stand beside you.”
Isabella looked up at him, eyes calculating. “Alright. But just know—betray me, and you’ll regret it.”
Nathan smiled faintly. “Fair enough.”
Scene: Roland Enterprises – Isabella’s Office – That Evening
The sky was turning gold as the sun dipped behind the city skyline. Isabella sat alone, staring at a framed photo on her desk—her father, Mr. Marcus, smiling proudly at the groundbreaking ceremony of the original Roland building.
She ran a finger over the glass, her voice a whisper. “I promised you, Dad. I’ll make them pay for what they did.”
A knock at the door. Mercy stepped in.
“Security just intercepted a strange package addressed to you. No sender. Want me to open it?”
Isabella nodded. Mercy unwrapped it carefully—inside was a thick envelope, stuffed with old legal documents. At the top: Confidential – Marcus Roland vs. Desmond Roland – 5 Years Ago.
Mercy frowned. “These are original court filings... the ones that disappeared after your father died.”
Isabella’s heart skipped. “This proves everything. They forged signatures, funneled assets, lied under oath.”
Mercy looked up. “Someone wants you to know the truth. But why now?”
Isabella’s eyes narrowed. “Because they know I’m getting close.”

Scene: Angela’s Secret Meeting – Abandoned Winery Outside Town
Angela sat across from a shadowy figure in a dusty office, sliding the USB across the table.
“This has recordings—audio and video. Isabella’s father, her deals, the night he collapsed. If this gets out, her entire image crumbles.”
The man, a known media fixer, examined it. “And what do you want?”
Angela smiled. “I want her ruined. I want her dragged through every tabloid until she’s forced to crawl back into the shadows.”
The fixer nodded. “Consider it done.”
Angela leaned back, sipping champagne. “She wants war? I’ve declared it.”

Mercy burst in, pale. “It’s everywhere. Someone leaked a twisted version of the truth. They’re spinning it like you caused your father’s death.”
Isabella’s hand tightened on the phone. “Angela.”
She stood, fury radiating from her.
“Get the legal team. Get PR. And Mercy?”
“Yes?”
“Prepare the real story. If she wants to use my father’s death against me—fine. But I’ll make sure the world knows what really happened.”
