Come what may

Scene: Maxwell Enterprises – CEO Office Raymond sat behind the sleek, glass desk that once belonged to his father, now rebranded under his command. His fingers drummed slowly on the surface as he stared at the screen, watching a photo of Nathan and Isabella from the press conference. “So you chose love over legacy,” he murmured with a bitter smile. “Let’s see how far love can take you.” He clicked on a folder labeled "Operation Collapse" — inside were files, forged documents, and digital blueprints set to destroy Isabella’s name and bring Nathan to his knees in the corporate world. --- Scene: Private Lounge – Marcus Enterprises Building Meanwhile, Mr. Roland stood at the floor-to-ceiling window, swirling a glass of wine in his hand, his expression unreadable. “45%,” his assistant whispered, handing him a document. “You now hold almost half the company shares, sir.” A slow smirk curled on Mr. Roland’s face. “Almost there. Soon, my dear Isabella will realize she never truly won.” “But sir… are you sure about this?” the assistant hesitated. “She’s your stepdaughter.” “I raised her only because I had to,” he replied coldly. “Now she’s a threat. And threats must be silenced before they grow teeth.” --- Scene: Nathan & Isabella’s Apartment Unaware of the storm gathering, Nathan wrapped his arms around Isabella as they finalized designs for a new joint fashion-tech venture. “We’re finally free,” he whispered. “No more secrets. No more lies.” Isabella smiled but a chill ran down her spine. “It feels too quiet… too peaceful.” Nathan looked at her, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. “Then let’s be ready for whatever comes next—together.” "Tomorrow is the launching of my new company am so happy to share this moment along side with you"Nathan said "come what may we will always be together " ____ --- Scene: Press Conference Room – Nathan’s New Company Launch The atmosphere was electric. Photographers clicked away, investors smiled proudly, and a large screen behind Nathan displayed the elegant logo of Phoenix Dynamics, his new startup symbolizing rebirth and independence. Nathan stepped forward, dressed sharp in a navy-blue suit, confidence in his stride as he approached the podium. “Ladies and gentlemen,” he began, “this company is more than just a dream. It’s a symbol of new beginnings, of innovation powered by integrity…” But just as he was about to continue, gasps erupted from the crowd. Phone screens lit up. Reporters murmured as headlines flashed across news alerts: “BREAKING: Nathan Maxwell Under Investigation for Embezzlement – Accused of Using Family Funds for Personal Startup.” Nathan’s heart sank. His hands gripped the podium. “What the hell is this?” he muttered. Mercy, who had been backstage with Isabella, rushed forward with her phone in hand. “Nathan… it’s everywhere. There are documents. Signed statements. Screenshots of transfers…” Nathan’s eyes widened. “Impossible. I used my savings—I didn’t touch a dime from Maxwell Enterprises.” Suddenly, reporters started throwing questions: “Mr. Maxwell, did you funnel company money illegally?” “Was this startup funded through stolen corporate funds?” “Is this your way of getting back at your family?” Security had to intervene as the conference spiraled into chaos. Nathan stood frozen, blindsided, humiliated in front of everyone. --- Scene: Maxwell Enterprises – Raymond’s Office Raymond leaned back in his chair, watching the live broadcast. A cruel smirk played on his lips as he sipped his drink. “Checkmate, brother,” he whispered. “You chose to walk away. Now I’ll make sure you never walk back.” He looked to his assistant. “Make sure the fake documents trace just far enough. I want him investigated but not arrested… yet. Let him struggle first.” --- Scene: Isabella’s Apartment Isabella paced furiously while Mercy tried calming her. “They’re framing him!” she shouted. “He didn’t do this, Mercy. Nathan would never—” “I know,” Mercy said, grabbing her arm. “But we need to move fast. If they destroy his reputation now, it’ll take everything from him.” “I won’t let them,” Isabella swore, fire in her eyes. “If they want war… they’ve got one.”
