Scene: Maxwell Mansion – Raymond’s Confrontation
The hospital room was cold, and the air felt heavy with uncertainty. The Maxwells lay unconscious in separate beds, tubes and wires keeping them tethered to life as the doctors had done all they could. Their condition was grave, and it seemed like their fate was now in the hands of fate itself.
Nathan paced in the waiting room, frustration and anger coursing through him. The doctors had said they couldn't guarantee anything. It had been hours since the incident, and every minute felt like a lifetime.
In his mind, the fire had not been an accident, and there was only one person who could be behind it: Raymond.

Scene: Raymond's Office – Confrontation
Nathan burst into Raymond’s office, his eyes burning with fury. The tension in the room crackled as Raymond sat behind his desk, his expression eerily calm as he looked up from his paperwork. The anger between the two brothers was palpable. The man who used to be Nathan’s ally and confidante now stood as an enemy in his eyes.
“You think you can get away with it, don’t you?” Nathan's voice was low, venomous. He advanced toward Raymond, his fists clenched. “I know you’re behind the fire. You tried to kill our parents, Raymond!”
Raymond looked up, feigning surprise. He stood slowly, his voice smooth and measured, though a flicker of something dark danced behind his eyes. “You’re accusing me of something that you have no proof of. What, just because I don’t want the company to fall into your hands? I’m not the one who’s been scheming with Isabella.”
The mention of Isabella was like a spark that lit a fuse. Nathan lunged forward, grabbing Raymond by the collar. “Don’t you dare drag her into this. This is between you and me!”
Raymond grinned darkly, his eyes cold. “Of course. It’s always been between us, hasn’t it? But what if you’re wrong, Nathan? What if you're the one who's blind to what's really happening?”
The words cut deep, but Nathan was beyond reasoning now. He shoved Raymond back, sending him sprawling onto the desk. The two men stood there, breathing heavily, the silence between them thick with unspoken hate.
Then it all erupted.
Nathan threw a punch. Raymond dodged, but not quickly enough. The impact sent them both crashing to the floor, fists flying, blood staining the carpet beneath them.
“Stop!” a voice cried out as the door to the office slammed open.

Scene: Isabella Intervenes
Isabella rushed into the room, her heart pounding in her chest. She had heard the commotion from down the hall and knew instantly what was happening. She couldn't let this go on any longer. She couldn’t lose Nathan over Raymond’s schemes.
The sight before her was harrowing. Both men were covered in blood—some of it Nathan's, some of it Raymond’s. They were both bruised and battered, their anger still burning.
“Stop! Both of you!” Isabella shouted, rushing forward.
She knelt between them, her hands outstretched, trying to separate them. Her voice cracked as she cried, “This isn’t the answer. You’re brothers!”
Raymond shoved her away, his face contorted with rage. “Stay out of this, Isabella! This is between Nathan and me.”
Nathan struggled to get up, his hand gripping the desk as he glared at Raymond. “You tried to kill our parents. You can’t just get away with this!”
The room was thick with tension, but Isabella wasn’t backing down. She pulled Nathan back and stood between the two men. “This ends now. Do you think this is what your parents would want? For you two to tear each other apart?”
Raymond was panting, but his anger hadn’t faded. “If I don’t get the company, I’ll make sure neither of you will ever have it!”
Nathan’s face hardened as he stood up slowly. “You’re mad, Raymond. You’ve gone too far.”
But Raymond was already backing away, rage still burning in his eyes. “You’ll see, Nathan. You’ll both see. I’ll make sure you regret everything.”

Scene: The Aftermath
Isabella helped Nathan to his feet, both of them leaning on each other as they left Raymond’s office. It had been a brutal confrontation, one that would only escalate from here. The war for Maxwell Enterprises was far from over, and now it had become personal—on both sides.
Nathan looked at Isabella, his face still bruised but determined. “I don’t know how much more I can take, Isabella. This is getting out of hand.”
Isabella pulled him into an embrace, holding him tight. “We’ll get through this together. We have to. Whatever it takes.”
As they stood there, clinging to each other, the weight of the Maxwell family legacy loomed larger than ever. The battle for control, the desire for revenge, and the broken bonds between family members had pushed them all to the edge.
But for Isabella and Nathan, one thing was clear—they would fight for each other. And no matter how dark the road ahead seemed, they would face it together.
