After ensuring that Aurora had a comfortable and secure room to stay in until she was ready to share my room, I left her to settle in. I couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions—excitement, frustration, and longing. The bond between us was undeniable, but Aurora's reluctance to accept me as her mate weighed heavily on my heart.
