Nancy Drew and Cocoa Michelle explore the vast home of the spinster Downington. Eccentric, rumored to have lived as a recluse, the one story home has a seemingly endless number of bedrooms, one wing almost appearing to be a dormitory.
Cocoa nods her agreement, keeping a firm grip on the Gimp’s leash.
“There’s a basement, Nancy. I found the door yesterday but didn’t go down.”
It of course must be investigated and Cocoa leads as Nancy follows, watching the huge freely swinging ball sac of the Gimp flop about as hands and knees shuffle.
Descending the dark stairs, the depth and the Gimp’s deliberate pace make the effort endless. Finally reaching the cool concrete floor the women stop and stare in amazem
