Yesterday, I attended a meeting with my father and the Vampire Council, my blood was boiling when I saw Aiden but I knew to keep calm and I did, by letting Amara's images fill my head and when we got back, she was already fast asleep and was told by Celeste that her heat was gone for now but it will return, a smile appeared on my lips as I thought about what happened last time we were in the same room, she was insatiable and wanted to mate but I knew that was her wolf and I wouldn't take advantage of her when she's vulnerable, she deserves better.
I go downstairs to get breakfast before school but surprisingly, I find my friends in the dining room, eating. I greet them and take a seat at the table.
