Chapter 15
“Turn left on Melrose Ave… in one mile, turn right on N. Highland Ave…,” Paul’s navigation system yelled out as he drove the thirty-one-minute drive to Anthony’s downtown apartment.
As the wind whipped through his curly brown hair, and music blaring, Paul was in deep thought. He had so much going on right now already, and now this. What was seemingly an innocent return from someone from his past, Paul was beginning to have second thoughts about Anthony’s intentions and the truth surrounding his sudden return.
There was no doubt he was now successful, but at what cost did he become that way? Paul hoped everything would end up being one huge misunderstanding, and that Anthony was on the up and up but until Paul got more information, he knew he was going to have to keep himself
