I walked down the stairs and everyone was agape about my presence. Cormac was even more surprised at my presence, I didn't tell anyone about my arrival and wasn't surprised by the expression on their face.
They all got up from their seats, shocked by my sudden entrance.
“Welcome back alpha,” they all chorused.
I acknowledged their greetings with a small nod, walking over to my chair. The shock was still clearly plastered and looked on everyone's face. I sat there, not referring to why I showed up all of a sudden.
“You may take your seat.”
They nodded in response and took their seats. I looked up to see Irish staring down at me, astonished by my presence. I smiled at her, in case she needed to know that I was alive.
