“Name it.” Grave answers as he holsters the Deliverers. “Please, do not kill her. She is the last of her kin and has been living here for a year after a skirmish up in the North. By the Lands of Bar.” “Demon Queen Riellanzer. I would know because the Lands of Bar was once my home. I was in that fight as well. I do not hold any animosity towards her. Humans have always been waging war towards all the non human races. We are terrified.” Grave answers weakly. “In truth, I came here to deliver the souls of her kin back to Diskenth but my offerings have been rejected and according to one of them, I need to let them meet with their last of kin. To pass on their will to her. It took me a while to search for this place.” The Gatekeeper looks at Grave with confusion. “You… You can see my former masters?” “I see their phantoms but I do not understand their language. I believe Queen Beelrianzer, had been able to speak to me through my human tongue.” Grave’s answer, had seem to strike the Gatekeeper with a heavy heart. “She was my master’s mother. Ferryman, I will let you pass. I hope you will forgive my, attack on you.” Grave shakes his head. “You wish to protect her. You have served the family for aeons. It is natural, for she is similar to a daughter of sorts. In human terms.” the Gatekeeper laughs. “You are an amusing human, Ferryman. My name is Jaghateria Bones. I welcome you.” The Gatekeeper’s ribcage opens up, Grave nods as he walks through them. “Thank you, Jaghateria.” The back cage opens as Grave passes through, the darkness surrounds the road to the castle. Grave pulls out a glow stick from his pocket, breaking it as his left hand holds one of the Deliverers. “It will be dark, Ferryman. I will join you in a moment.” To which Grave pulls out a magazine and fires a shot from the deliverer, immediately lighting all the surroundings. Which Grave could see a large three headed dog the size of a building staring at him, it’s body is literally flames and it’s skulls have teeth that are extremely sharp. The dog roars as the saliva hits Grave’s shoe, Grave watches the flames burn brightly. Jaghateria comes to him as a skeleton in a suit. “That would be my Mistresses’ lovely pet, Cerberus. I cannot order it, for it won’t listen to me.” Cerberus roars again at Grave. Jaghateria looks a bit frightened, to which Grave reaches his hand out, petting Cerberus’s center head. Then the left and right heads also moved in to get a pat on the head. Surprisingly, he is not being burnt by Cerberus’s flames. “You are a big dog. Do you mind, letting me see your master?” Cerberus jumps around happily, Jaghateria’s bones are rattling at the shakes on the ground, while Grave is unaffected. The dog shrinks down, separating itself as three skeletal dogs. Grave proceeds to give them more pets, as these happy flaming pups are sticking their tongues. Their drool setting a small plot of hay on fire. “Ferryman. You are crazy… How.. Just… Cerberus burns people and all forms of matter. How can you simply touch the beast without being set on fire! I mean, just look at it!” To which one of them pees to a dead tree, immediately setting it on fire in an instant. “That is useful to create fires in winter.” Grave notes as he walks through the front, there were demons all around, roaming from the sides. “Stop! Don’t attack this human. He is a Ferryman! Not unless any of you want to be sent to Diskenth!” Jaghateria warns loudly, Grave watches how the demons step out of the shadows. Their red skin, they had horns on their foreheads. They did not wear much clothing aside from their knee length loincloths and the sleeveless tops that are made from leather. Their muscular bodies note of their brute force, as did the weapons in hand. 2.5 meter tall demons. “Jaghateria! Why are you letting this human in!” “A Ferryman?Aren’t those extinct!?” “You traitor!” Grave stands calmly, letting out a sigh as he watches Jaghateria try to calm down the demons that are about to riot. Grave walks towards them, pushing Jaghateria aside.
