MARIETTA
The celebrations in the town square were in full swing already and a lot of competitions were taking place. A lot of people, including some members of the Imperial family that I haven’t seen before, were here and even though I had gotten a lot of stares and people whispered as I passed by them, I was still having a lot of fun with Brynna and Milan.
The main reason I was having a lot of fun was because this was my first time participating in a festival celebration, excluding the horrifying event that took place yesterday morning in the arena. We never had festivals back in my village in the Northern Kingdom so a lot of things here were making me pretty excited.
