Once Father Gregory had finished with the downstairs rooms, Celia summoned the girls back to the dining room, so that they could continue with their crafts, accompanied by Dora, leaving the priest ample time to continue with his blessings in the upstairs rooms.
Before allowing the cleric to climb the stairs, Jennifer was adamant that he assure her that he would go and see the marvellous job the decorators had made of Mitzi’s room.
