Chapter Twelve Molly waited in her car outside the Jeffersons’ until the dashboard clock read 8.15pm. When she had spoken to Celia earlier that afternoon, they had agreed that Molly should wait for the girls to go to bed before coming round. Celia felt that Jennifer especially would be too excited at seeing the investigator again to go to bed.
