As days passed, things kept improving between Sasha and Michael. They stopped ignoring each other and became more like a married couple than strangers, both wishing it would never end. Vanessa was surprised and thrilled when she talked to Sasha and heard how things were going. She didn't see it coming, and her joy was inexplicable upon hearing all of Sasha's stories. Janet and the girls were also happy; they all believed that Sasha deserved the chance to be happy and with the man of her dreams.
Sasha ran down the stairs after Michael, catching up with him as he got into the car.
—Hey, I was wondering if you could come back a little earlier today?— Michael looked at her as he sat inside the car and Gary took his wheelchair to put it in the trunk of the car.
—Is there a reason for that?
