Sasha nodded before sighing.
“I’ve come to realize that I can do better than love him my whole life. I think it’s time to move on, time to open my heart to another. And I want my freedom before I do that, so you see, I had to agree to his proposal, once the papers are signed, then I’ll be completely free from his hold, both in my heart and in the eyes of the law.”
“Yeah,” Craig nodded. “I understand. I’m sad to lose my hold on you,” he smirked.
“No, it’s okay, I just didn’t put it clearly enough for you to understand.” She smirked back.
“So, when are you leaving?”
“Sometime this week.”
