Jeremy walked down Commercial Street and tossed the camera into the first trash can he passed. Alan was sitting on the bench outside the Wired Puppy. He held a cup of steaming coffee in his hands. Alan stood and hugged Jeremy. Their eyes met as their embrace ended. “Are you okay?” Jeremy asked.
“Yeah, I’ll be alright. Thanks for being here.”
“You know you can always count on me, don’t you?”
