"Let's get this straight,he ain't joining us. there's no way I'm going on with this,back me up Jason" Marcus said looking perplexed.
"Our sister is right,we will need as much help we can get"
"I'm done here"Marcus said and vamped out of the room
I stood at arm's reach by the door, didn't really expect such reaction.Their sister begged me to come with her and now this.
"Don't leave pls"she gestured to me.I came right in,took the seat nearest to me and sat down.
"I'm here now,so what the hell is it?"
Someone came at me from the back,pulling off the chair.It was more of a push off but I was quick to my feet.
"you don't get to be rude to my sis in here"
I just smiled at him.
"you think this is a joke"
"Stop it Marcus"
I got to another and sat down.Jason spoke up now
"We've been on you for sometime now and we found that you're a daywalker and not many accomplish that feat.The hunters are regrouping and forming more alliance.They've got something big coming..."
"So short story,you want me to join your family,nope" I stood up
"This guy ain't good news,I told you all from the start"
"Marcus,can you just shut up for once in your life ..."
"no need for that, he's gone" Lizzy said to break it up.
"Yo,I knew that dude ain't for us" Marcus vamped out.
"He just left like that,maybe Marcus was right." Jason vamped out too.

I set out for my old house,all though so much bad memories from that day.I just couldn't stop myself from coming here every now and then.All the memories tied to my former life.I looked through the shelf,lines of trophies,every bit I had solely won.I can still remember my mum's warm smile, everything seemed too good.Now it's all gone,I smashed the shelf,all was gone, everything.
My best game,college,all gone,I was left with nothing but grief and pain.I've become a shadow of myself.I vamped to my room,there was webs everywhere.I remembered those time she always sang me to sleep and dad will stand by the door and ask mum to also come sing him sleep and...I shut the door,I heard footsteps.
I broke off a chair leg and vamped to the living room,threw it instant.
Lizzy caught it midway before it hit her
"You! How did you know I was here"
"I told you that I had been keeping an eye out for you, that's how I knew that you might be here"
"I already told you ,No"
"You do know it's basically because of you and your very few kind that the hunters are looking for higher means"

"You're still holding onto your human memories,you won't get far with that"
"I don't care,do you know how many times I've staked myself,jumped into fire but I ain't dying, I'm damn stuck here and I hate it.I can't bare being the same monster that killed my parents.I can't help you,I can't help anyone,I couldn't help my parents,I can't even help myself."

I vamped her to the wall , hitting her hard on it.She caught me off guard anɗ got me across the room
"You gotta step up your game and quit running"
