Katherine left his cabin with a satisfied look after getting her answers.
Evelyn entered back his cabin and found him working. Her eyes were focused on him which he understood even though he wasn't looking at her.
He smirked knowing that his mate was staring at him for some reason.
“Mom invited you for today's party. She even sent a dress for you. I hope you won't hurt her by not accepting it.” He lied without blinking
His mother invited her as she is his mate, but the dress part was completely a lie. He knows she won't accept the dress if he says he is giving it to her.
