"What do you mean by that?" I clenched my fist and slammed it hard on the desk, making the content slightly bump.
This is sheer madness! Why would they ever try to cancel the deal with us, just when all our hardwork is close to perfection. The workers must have done something. Probably angered them or sent threat messages behind my back.
