  Scarlett chose to dress casually so she wouldn’t be noticed, moving among the hotel staff. She had on a pair of denim jeans and white top, her hair let down to cover her face, if needed. Rich people were usually very self centric therefore, just as expected, they were more interested in comparing themselves to the other guests than notice anyone who wasn’t in an evening gown.
