To the Beach!

It was about a few days after the whole U.S.J. stuff, I woke up to my phone ringing, who'd be calling me first thing in the morning?

I answered it, "H-hello?"

"Hey, it's Kaminari! The rest of the gang and I are heading down to the beach, you wanna come with? He asked.

"Oh, sure! I'm assuming the Takoba Beach place, right?" I said.

"Uh huh! That's the spot! We're meeting there in a little while, make sure you don't eat before you swim!" Kaminari told me.

Does he actually believe that? I said my goodbyes to him and hung up. Luckily, that beach wasn't too far from my house, I actually had a pretty decent view of it from my room! I got ready for the day and told my parents where I was going.

"Oh? The beach? I actually met your mother on the beach!" My father said.

"Yeah, after I helped you out of that whole sand castle fiasco." My mother joked.

My mother started laughing and my father shook his head, "Good grief..." He said.

I left my house and entered my Base Mode. I ran off towards the beach, it didn't take me long to get there. As I arrived, so did Kirishima, his hair was actually down!

"Woah, that's new! I never seen your hair like that before!" I said.

Soon, everyone showed up, luckily there was a changing room nearby. We all got changed and met back up outside.

"Hey, where's Yaoyorozu?" Uraraka asked.

"Yeah, where is she? Is she still in there?" Deku wondered.

The girls walked back into the changing room and we waited outside. I wonder what the hold up was?

"Ooo... You think Yaoyorozu's wearing something risque?" Mina said.

"Literally, any of the girls could be in puffer jackets and you'd still be aroused, I doubt that's why Yaoyorozu's still in there." Sero responded.

The girls all filed out of the changing room, "Well, she's not coming out." Jiro said.

"Oh? Why not?" I asked.

"We aren't really sure, she wasn't telling us why." Mina worryingly said.

Kaminari elbowed me, "Hey, maybe you should talk to her."

"W-what? Me? Wouldn't that be weird to go into a women's changing room?" I questioned.

"As much as I don't normally agree, he's kind of right. You and Yaoyorozu have gotten quite close to each other. Maybe she'll listen to you?" Jiro told me.

I sighed, "Okay, I still don't feel right about going into a women's changing room. But if I can make her feel better, I'll do whatever it takes!"

I closed my eyes and walked into the room, is it the same as the men's?

"Momo, it's me, Alyx. Are you okay?" I shouted out. There was no response.

I took a deep breath out, "Alright, I guess there's no use in keeping my eyes closed anymore."

I opened my eyes, the layout was practically the same as the men's changing room, except that there were more places to change. I walked towards one of the stalls. I slowly opened it, Momo was facing away from me. She quickly turned around and looked at me.

"What's wrong, is everything alright?" I asked.

She rubbed her left arm, "Well, it's just that... I know it might seem ridiculous, but I'm not so sure about this. I look terrible!"

I blinked twice, and tilted my head in confusion. How did she look terrible? She was legitimately in a red bikini, you can't exactly call that a terrible article of clothing.

"What do you mean? I'm pretty much wearing the same style of clothing as you, except it's shorts and not a bikini." I told her.

She put her hands out in front of her and went down with them, "It's this, I guess I'm not comfortable with showing my body..."

On the inside I was dumbfounded, doesn't she have to practically wear stuff like this in order to use her quirk?

I broke the silence, "What are you talking about? You look fine! Besides, I think you look cute-"

I tensed up, did I really say that? Both of our faces turned red.

"Yeah I think I'm feeling much better now!" Momo quickly said.

I quickly nodded my head, "Y-Yeah! That's good let's go now!"

We rushed out of the changing room with nervous smiles on our faces. Everyone was glad to see that I managed to get Momo out of the changing room.

"Alright! How'd you-" Kirishima was going to say something but we both interrupted him.

"EVERYTHING'S FINE!" We both nervously laughed.

Now, everyone was looking at us funny, which I don't blame them at all. We all headed to the beach, it was quite the beautiful view! Kirishima was swimming in the ocean and found a shark.

"Guys! Look! I've made a friend!" Kirishima giggled.

We all watched as Kirishima rode this shark.

"Shitty Hair, get the hell off that thing!" Bakugo shouted.

There was a volleyball court set up a few feet away from us. While some of us stayed in the water, Deku, Uraraka, Mina, Kaminari, Momo, Hagakure, Mineta and I went to the volleyball court. I was on a team with Deku, Mina, and Momo.

"Alright, you guys ready?" Hagakure asked.

"Uh huh! Serve it!" Mina shouted back.

Hagakure served the ball, it went over the net and Momo hit it back. Mineta stood there, clearly watching the girls, and got smacked in the face with the volleyball! It ricocheted off of him and went over to our side of the court. Deku rushed over and hit it down onto the other side!

"Alright! Nice one!" I yelled over to him.

"No fair! I wasn't ready!" Mineta whined.

Mineta crossed his arms and pouted, I shook my head and walked over to him.

"Oh, come on, Mineta! Besides, I already know what you were looking at." I told him.

I knelt down and whispered in his ear, "If you go another round, I'll turn you invisible!"

"No way! Alright, I'm in!" Mineta grinned.

I walked back to the other side of the court and I stood next to Mina.

"Huh, what'd you tell him?" Mina asked.

"Oh, I just told him if he kept playing, I'd turn him invisible. I didn't think he'd believe it at first, but I guess his perversions rule over his mind." I whispered to her.

Mina gave me the ball so that I could serve it, but right before I served, Uraraka gasped.

"Guys! Bakugo's fighting a shark!" She yelled.

We looked towards the ocean, and sure as hell, Bakugo was fighting a damn shark! We rushed over to him and told him to get back before he gets hurt. He told all of us to f**k off as he wrestled with this shark.

"Now, I'm not one for animal cruelty but, that shark's gotta go!" I exclaimed.

I activated my Quirk and jumped towards Bakugo, "Here comes Shark Wrangler Leonidus!"

I tackled the shark and Bakugo went flying into the air! The shark thrashed around as I held onto it, pushing it deeper into the water. I let go of it and pushed it back with a kick, which made it run away.

"Good! I hope you've learned something!" I thought.

I swam back up to the surface and Bakugo was fuming. He stomped towards me!

"AMNESIA, WHAT IN THE f**k DID I JUST SAY?!" He roared.

I gulped and he started chasing after me! Eventually, I hopped on top of a tree which he tried to climb up.

"COME HERE! I'M GONNA KILL YOU!" Bakugo shouted.

"BEGONE DEMON! BEGONE!" I yelled out of fear.

He climbed closer to the top where I was at, "AAAAHH!!! DEKU! HELP ME!"

5 Minutes Later...

After getting whacked on the head by Bakugo at least 8 times, we all went to get ice cream from a nearby stand.

"Say, Alyx, do you even remember anything about Nevada at all?" Ojiro asked.

I shook my head, "I can't say I do. What little memory I have is from the pictures my mother showed me and the stuff I brought with me. Other than that, it's all empty up here."

"Yeah, but here's one thing I don't understand, how'd you lose all function of your Quirk? Shouldn't that be all muscle memory?" Jiro piped in.

"Well, not quite. You said you couldn't remember anything that happened before you traveled to Japan, correct?" Iida questioned.

I nodded, "That's right, when I woke up that day, I couldn't remember anything that happened the day before. My name, how old I was, what I looked like, I didn't remember any of that until I was shown. As for my past, I don't recall a thing, I think whatever happened caused this scar above my eye."

"That sounds like a case of Retrograde Amnesia, definitely some kind of severe Retrograde Amnesia since you lost all functionality of your quirk besides your Base Mode." Momo explained.

"Gosh, that doesn't sound good at all!" Hagakure exclaimed.

Deku sat there in deep thought before saying something, "Hey, what about Recovery Girl? Can't she help you?"

I rested my cheek on my fist, "Nope, she tried. Since it's been pretty much almost a month since it happened there wasn't anything she could do. She mentioned something about the possibility of someone with a Rewind Quirk that could help me out, but they haven't gotten any leads on someone with one."

"Dang, that really must've been scary! Waking up and not knowing where or who you are, I feel kinda bad. Are you sure there's nothing we can do? What about medicine?" Uraraka suggested.

"At this rate, I'm not even sure if medicine would help if a Healing Quirk can't. I guess I'm just S.O.L." I said.

Once we finished our ice cream, we walked along the beach, we eventually found some benches. I sat down next to Hagakure, there was something I needed to ask her!

"Hey, Hagakure, can I ask you something?" I said.

"Oh, sure! Ask away!" She replied.

I rubbed the back of my head, "This is gonna sound weird, but what exactly is your Quirk?"

"What? What do you mean? Isn't it obvious? It's invisibility!" Hagakure giggled.

"Huh? Are you pulling my leg? I can see you clear as day!" I told her.

"Y-You can?! How?" Hagakure wondered.

I activated my Quirk, "I think it has something to do with my Quirk. All of my basic senses are enhanced once I use it."

She leaned forward and held her pinky out, I curled my pinky around hers.

"I'm not gonna say a word to anyone, I pinky promise!" I whispered.

She nodded, "Alright! We're Pinky Promise Friends now!"

I smiled at her and we continued to talk. As it turns out, we actually have quite a bit in common! She's a really sweet person, too!

The Next Day...

As I arrived at school, I wondered if Present Mic would still be teaching us in place of Mr. Aizawa. I got to school rather early, but Iida was already in class!

"Good morning, Alyx!" Iida said.

"O-Oh, good morning, Iida! What are you doing here so early?" I asked.

"As Class Representative, I cannot allow myself to be late to class, it would set a bad example for the others. So, I arrive here early, 5:00 AM exactly!" Iida told me.

5:00 AM?! He's been here for almost 2 hours!

"Speaking of representatives, good morning, Yaoyorozu!" Iida exclaimed.

I turned around, "Hey! I didn't think you'd be here early. Normally it's just Iida and I for a bit."

"Well, I figured I should just head here since I get up early enough." I responded.

As more time passed, everyone started to slowly file in. We sat there in silence as we waited for Present Mic to enter the room. The door slid open and a familiar, gravely voice came from the outside. I couldn't believe my eyes!
