“What happened?”
Marvin whispered leaning over to ask me. Although in my opinion here was no use of him whispering since, his voice was plenty loud enough already.
“Nothing happened” I replied.
He hissed “seriously Kennedie, be straight with me…. He was so angry when he walked over to us at the café I though that I was going to lose my job or even worse my life”
I snorted “could you be any more dramatic?” I asked.
“You are not taking this seriously Kennedie I fact I think that I am not being dramatic enough”
“Don’t be ridiculous Marvin, we were just talking” I said and he narrowed eyes at me “I hope that you are not lying or anything”
I groaned “f***s sake Marvin I’m alright am I not?”
He nodded his head “fair point. How did he even know we were there anyways?”
