By the time the sun set through Kennedy’s hospital room window, she had already spent two hours on her cell, first with her mom, trying to convince her she was alive and at least physically unharmed. Next she cried with Sandy while her pastor’s wife convinced her that the emotional trauma of the day could lead to wholeness and healing with time and help from the Holy Spirit.
