"Sorry for the trouble tonight, Mr. Shaw. It's late, so I won't disturb you any longer. I'll come by tomorrow morning to apologize properly."
Serena had already decided that once she got back, she would deal with the fox. Tomorrow, it had to look clean and presentable.
Dominic watched her earnest expression, his face still calm. He gave a slight nod, then instructed the butler beside him.
"See Miss Cole home."
The butler acknowledged and politely escorted Serena out. Although both residences were within the same neighborhood, a patrol cart was still arranged to take her and her fox back to the Cole residence.
