Chapter 6

Emily*** He pushed me behind the door and rushed out, I fell and tried to look for something to cover my nudity. I had wanted to show him my body, but I didn’t want this intruder, whoever it might be to see me that way. And that was when my brain clicked. Someone else was here! Maybe the people who’ll do the actual killing or something. Cause the person who stood before me didn’t seem like he could harm me. For a while it all made sense. He was the abductor, right? And this other person was the? I found my clothes, but they felt too dirty to put on so I had to still go with the blanket. I tiptoed to the passage, and there I stood, away from any possible eye. My breath sounded heavy so I tried my best to reduce it, make it light. I didn’t want to be noticed at all. I knew I was sure nosy for someone who was kidnapped, but my curiosity didn’t let me go back. “You have any new person today? The rain sure is heavy. I thought maybe you might need my help. Here isn’t so safe you know.” “Uh..yes..I mean here isn’t safe. And the rain, it’s uhm..it’s heavy and I couldn’t…it.. I wasn’t able to go out…I couldn’t see in it and probably every.” “What do you mean by that!” I could see someone in a long coat holding my mysterious man by his collar. His voice irritated me, scared me. “You know it’s every new week! And we need at least 30 before next month! You’re starting to slack. Hope you know what’s at stake!” And at the word stake, I saw my mysterious man act up, the first time seeing him trying to be tough. He had at least been kind and gentle. “Don’t you dare! Not even a finger on her! I’d bring someone, as many as you want, but don’t dare try anything funny!” I could feel the fear in his voice, but I couldn’t understand a single thing. Who was this other man, and what was at stake? The man in the long coat pushed my mysterious man back, adjusting himself. “I’d be back by tomorrow, I need them young. The younger they are, the more they’ll be missed by their family and friends.” My He glanced toward my area, and I, thinking he saw me stepped back quickly, pushing down a stick that I hadn’t seen when I was coming. “Who’s there!? You sure no one is here with you Jake?” My mysterious man’s name was Jake. Noted. If knowing his name would even save me from this other scary-looking man. I heard heavy footsteps approaching me as I backed further and further away from it. “Wait! Let me go check it myself. I don’t think you have the right to snoop in my house. I only deliver the girls to you right? What you do with them is none of my concern, and yours shouldn’t be about the noises you hear in my house. For all I know it could be the heavy wind knocking something over.” I couldn’t wait to let out a sigh of relief. My chest pounded painfully and hard. I was scared he could hear the thump thump of it. “It could be a rat, look at the s**t hole you live in” A hearty laugh followed, but just from one person and I knew it wasn't Jake. “We told you to take payments for your job well done, but you refused. Well, I’d be taking my leave now.” Yes! My sigh of relief was close. I heard the door opening, and as he started his car to leave, I heard it. I couldn’t mistake the sound. You too couldn’t mistake the sound. The sirens of the cop's car filled my ears, and if I hadn’t heard the whole conversation, I would have run out, crying for help to this person, cop, or whoever it was. As the sound went further away, my skin was filled with goosebumps. The very same cops who had been in and out of this situation, who I had run to for help are involved in this? No! I had to be mistaken. I knew I was in no position to question this madness but when I heard a footstep approaching I came out. “Was that a cop who just left here, tell me!” I screamed at his face with a boldness I didn’t know where it came from. I was sure that I startled him as I saw the look on his face. “Say something and don’t just look at me. The people who were meant to protect us are in this right!?” Tears had already started streaming down my face and my voice was shaky. I felt like I needed an award, best crier of the year, or something. “No!” And with that, he held me tightly, and dragged me back into the room, I staggered at his back. My blanket slipped away, but this time it wasn’t intentional. “I don’t know if you are worth this, but stay here. You’d be here for some days, if you comply who might be free.” What did he mean by worth it, but most importantly how did he mean “might be free.” “Yes, you heard me, now quite. It all depends on how obedient you’d be.” He produced a rope from the side of the bed and stretched my hands towards him. I stared at him, what kind of man was this? Kidnapped me yet treated me nicely. Tying my hands in the calmest way ever, yet firm. Masculine yet easy. When he touched my feet to tie them up as well I took a sharp intake of breath. My breathing became a little faster. I stared at him, a little lust, a little fear in my eyes. He held onto my feet so tenderly it almost tickled. “It doesn’t hurt right?” My core pulsed. I was naked and being tied up. After tying me up, he looked at me and I couldn’t read his stare. I bit my lips slightly. And like it was a signal, he sent his lips back at mine. Kissing me ever so lightly. His fingers pinched my already-budded n*****s and I let out soft moans. It was exciting, going through all this by someone who put terror on the whole town. Someone who I thought was a jerk, but clearly, now, I knew there was more to the mystery of our town, but that was something to ponder on later as my mind couldn’t think straight. I could only feel, and I felt his hands trailing my body toward my core which was already wet and inviting.
