Chapter Six
Carl was back on the platform at Morton Sands in time to catch the seven-ten on Saturday morning. As he waited for the train to arrive, he leafed through the pages of the paper he’d purchased on his way into the station. The photograph they’d released of the man on a bike coming out of Grant Lane was on page three, along with their request for anyone who’d seen him to contact the Crime Stoppers Hotline.
On the trip into the city, he checked through his email and learnt that Forensics had lifted several sets of prints from the restrooms inside Warehouse 66. He wondered if they’d get any hits from the database that would give Wayne and Nigel someone to focus on.
