Chapter Twenty-Six
Gordon Sharp looked up from his desk in the Forensic Medicine Department at City University, where he was collating the results his investigators had submitted on their work.
‘Got a minute, Dr Sharp?’ said the young woman standing in his doorway and blocking the light from the window in the corridor behind her.
‘What’s on your mind, Jasmine?’
‘I’ve found something in the files from City that might be important,’ said Jasmine.
‘What? A death that should have been reported to the Coroner?’ said Gordon.
‘No. This death was reported to the Coroner. It’s the names of the nurses that caught my eye.’
‘Want to explain?’ said Gordon.
‘They were talking about that nurse who was murdered at Riverside on the radio when I was driving in this morning,’ said Jasmine. ‘Her name’
