THALIA It’s been a day since Darius appeared in my life again, breaking the peace we’re desperately trying to build. I haven’t told Reagan a word, and I don’t have the intention of doing so for a long time. Reagan was almost glowing with excitement over the upcoming full moon in three days. He has been counting down since last week, chattering about how strong he feels lately, how he wants to try shifting longer this time. The light in his eyes has been too precious to dim with problems that he shouldn’t deal with. He deserves to be a child, even if the world refuses to let him. Right now, Rael has taken Reagan out to buy something for the full moon preparations. Rael volunteered to have him tag along. I know he did that so I could rest up a bit.
