Claudia’s POV
“Claudia, where are you?” Mum mind linked me in a panic. I forgot to tell her where I was going and thought she would have figured out where I would be if I wasn’t in my room.
“I’m at the hospital, mu…” “Thank Goddess, when your room wasn’t slept in, I thought the worst” she told me as I rolled my eyes inwardly. I know she put this rule in place, but common sense would have told her where I was.
“I slept next to Danny last night. I am fine” I groaned, shutting down the mind link because I didn’t want to listen to her lecture after the wonderful sleep I had last night. It was the first night in a long time I slept without a nightmare.
