“What do you mean, they are Braxton Hicks again?” Claudia screamed at Doctor Elliot, sitting up on the bed in the birthing suite.
“It’s normal to get fake contractions a few weeks before the due date, your body is getting ready for the impending birth” Doctor Elliot calmly answered as she let off a small growl.
“Doc, it’s the third time this week. Is there any way to stop them?” I asked, giving Claudia a kiss on her forehead, trying to stop her from ripping Sophia from her stomach herself. She had been more irritable lately and, goddess forbid, I mentioned it. Luckily, Dad warned me before it happened.
