Continue. Isang sampal. Isa pa. Sunod-sunod. “Stop embarrassing this family.” - ang nagsabi ng pangalawang prinsipe habang binubugbog sya. tinamaan siya ulit—suntok, sipa, walang tigil. Dalawang kapatid niya mismo ang nambubugbog sa kanya. Walang awa. Walang pagdududa. Sa gilid- Nakatayo ang pangatlong kapatid. Tahimik. Nanunuod lang. He’s not stopping them. None of them are. dahil wala namang pake sila sa kanya. “You’re nothing but a disgrace.”-sabad ng isa pang prinsipe Bumagsak ang prinsesa sa sahig. Marmol. Malamig. Dugo sa labi. Nanginginig ang katawan. Halos hindi na makahinga. Sa paligid— Nanood lang ang mga Royalties. May ilan pang nakangiti. May iba—walang pakialam. Si Zytheria… Tahimik na nakatayo. Pinapanood lang ang lahat. Not even a hint of guilt. “Get up.” Hindi siya makagalaw. Isang sipa ang tumama sa tagiliran niya. “You’re worthless.” hindi nya na alam kung sino ang nag sasalita dahil lumalabo na ang mata nya. “Mas mabuti pang hindi ka na lang ipinanganak.” Unti-unting nag-alisan ang mga tao. Parang walang nangyari. Parang normal lang. Lumapit si Zytheria. Yumuko nang bahagya. Mahina ang boses— “Dapat kasi marunong kang lumugar.” Ngumiti siya. Malamig. - I gasped, snapping back to reality. My chest rose and fell heavily. My fingers trembled slightly before I forced them to stop. …so this is her life. I straightened slowly. Cold. Calm. Collected. My eyes returned to the mirror. That same fragile girl stared back at me. Unwanted. Hated. Broken. She endured all of that… My gaze darkened. …and still wanted to be loved? Silence. Then— A quiet scoff left my lips. “Pathetic.” I didn’t know if I meant her… or the people who did that to her. I turned away from the mirror, walking back toward the bed, slower this time. Thinking. Calculating. This isn’t my world. This isn’t my body. And whoever she was… she died. My eyes flickered slightly. Alone. My lips curved slightly. Not a smile. Something colder. Fine. I sat down, resting my arm on my knee. If I’m stuck here… then I’ll use it. My gaze turned sharp. Dangerous. Alive. Same rule applies. Survive first. Then destroy everything in your way. The room remained silent. But something had already changed. The weak princess they used to know— was gone. And in her place— something far worse had awakened.
