"Sir, good evening Sir," Bella stumbled in words.
"Dr. Bella, give me some seconds," Fred replied.
Bella presumed that Fred was speaking to her. And from his initial words, she thought that he saw her and Allen. So when she knew he wasn't talking to her, Bella took a deep breath of relief. She touched her chest while she waited for Fred to finish his conversation with someone in his room. Bella could feel her vigorous heart beats. Then she closed her eyes and smiled.
What happened was that, when Fred dialed Bella's phone number from his iPad, one of his Guards entered his room and he was already talking to him when Bella picked up her call. Their conversation lasted for some minutes, then Bella finally heard the closing of Fred's door.
"Hello Bella!"
