For another three days, Helnion kept up this training and every day she became better at it. Unlike the initial training, she had done Triosa had tried to help keep her distracted. What amazed her was that Triosa did actually learn how to keep consitently the distractions sufficient that the water would very nearly melt but never completely. The sole reason Helnion ever lost to Triosa was that she'd become too tired.
"Get up, " Triosa said.
Helnion sat up in her bed slowly.
Triosa handed Helnion a bowl of food after which left the space. Helnion took the easy meal of oatmeal and milk, which she stirred together, and ate lazily. The morning have been the only real time she had to herself so she liked to simply take things slowly.
