~ East of the Cliff District ~

Voices could be heard two women yelling at each other. Lexa and Delia.

"So you knew I was out here all along and you never came for me?" Lexa yelled, pained at the thought. "You think it's that simple? You think if I could waltz in and save you, I wouldn't have done it? Lexa, I couldn't risk that kind of exposure until I knew it was the only option".

Knowing the conversation wasn't going anywhere fruitful, both women stood across each other contemplating what to say next. " I'm sorry"...they chorused and laughed. "You remind me of your mother, gosh, you're her replica", she always a stubborn one. " Wow, here i thought you were going to say I was pretty", Lexa said. "Come on, that's what you have Vince for...', she winked.

Taking a deep breath, Lexa said " Thank you for coming, thank you for taking the risk to come save me." Delia just smiled and walked over to her. " I promised your parents I would look after you and that's something I intend to keep. I know there's a lot to discuss. I'll start with how this all began."

Through the next few minutes, Delia spent time explaining to Lexa who her parents were, how they met and all that happened. She told her she was held captive by the rival original witch family - the Vatinkas, thrown into an altered magical reality where she could only but watch what happened in the natural world. However, she soon learned how to communicate with witches of her own ancestry.

"Yes Lexa, you are nothing the world has seen before. You are part witch, wolf and vampire. The curse that was placed on you didn't punish you, it made you even more powerful and made you a member of the three most powerful supernatural creatures. You are a Tribrid, the first of its kind. Your mate, Vincent Mooncliff, is also a tribrid - Wolf and Warlock. His curse was made to destroy you and ensure that you never found love or had descendants. "

" But all you have said are all problems. What can we do? Is there a cure? Is there hope?" Lexa asked.

" Nothing is impossible, but the first thing we need to do now, actually, the only spell I have the power to cast in this world till I find a more permanent way to break out of the prison world is one to help you transform. It will buy us some time and you, as a shifted wolf, will bring you closer to Vince's wolf, hence lessening the curse's effect on him". Delia explained.

" I am ready, I want this, what do I have to do?" Lexa said. Stretching her hands out, Delia said " Close your eyes my love."

Incantations ensued and soon enough a bright light came through Lexa's body, just then her bones started to crack. She screamed.

Vince POV:

Cringing, he heard Lexa scream. Then a bright light flashed. Immediately, he changed into his wolf - today had proven to be nothing short of eventful. As he ran towards where he heard the scream, he saw his mother on her way there and blocked her. " You have to talk now or we will never speak again", he said through the mind-link bond they share as family.

Aria looks at him with sad eyes and says back - "I have to see Delia first, I will explain, but I need to speak with her first." Before she could say more, a powerful howl pierces the air and with the way he felt the urge to howl back, he knew that could only be one person. Lexa.

He looked back at Aria and nodded, running side by side to the location. He saw the most beautiful Shewolf he had ever seen.. No the world had ever seen. Snow white with jet blue eyes and a dash of red.

He ran to her and pressed his head to hers. They were a glorious sight to behold. They looked like they were made for one another and they indeed were. Licking her face, he howled back at her under the moon, signifying he had acknowledged their mate bond and announcing the arrival of a Luna to the Mooncliff pack.

After this was done, they transformed back to their human forms and found Delia and Aria in a staring match. The women looked like they had a lot to say to one another.

Aria POV:

"How is it possible that you are here? I watched them send you to that terrible place....Delia, I am so so-"

"Save your breath, Aria. We both know it's not really me you need to apologize to. Trish, although dead, her spirit still walks in the witch's realm - she is who you should make your peace with. But right now, you will tell them the truth and nothing but," Delia demanded.

Knowing this was a moment that was coming anyway, she began to explain. At the end, Lexa was nearly in tears, while Vince was furious at her, his dad and the supposed council.

"We will return to the city tomorrow and a ball announcing that I have found my Luna, Lexa, will be held. The council members will be invited - I know what to do from here. Vince said

Coming to hug Lexa, Delia said " I'm afraid its time for me to return - they have sensed my presence. Be careful, Lexa. There are so many people angered by your existence. I and your mother will always be here to guide you...till I escape the prison world. Now that you are transformed into a wolf, the Vatinkas won't be able to sense your tribrid's power and that could be our advantage for the time being. I love you, Alexandria. Stay strong. Your parents and I are all proud of you."

A tear in the wind occurs and she starts to step inside as Lexa shouts," You said I am also a witch, if that's true. I will not rest till I become strong enough to break you out."

" About that I have no doubt". Delia said as the tear closed back up.

~ The Cliff District ~

Most of the c*****e had been cleared but there was one pending issue. A group of witches that appeared from nowhere asking for a cursed child.

Ovaro had called Vince to come as soon as he could, but given the howls and the blinding lights he saw prior, he knew Vince was held up.

Stepping forward, he says " There is no one here that fits the description of the curse that you mentioned. The c*****e you saw was from a bloody battle between wolves and vampires. They don't seem to buy it, but they left with a warning..." a storm is coming and we will be the ones to rain down hellfire on you and all who keep the curse."

With that, they leave in a dark cloud.

Exhaling, Ovaro returns to Bella's side in the south wing of the district. Bella was getting better after having the hot tea. The door opened and in came Vince, Lexa and Mother.

Without saying a word, he knew something had happened.

Vince goes right to Bella alongside Lexa, after they confirm that she's healing. Aria comes to her daughter in tears and starts asking for forgiveness. Bella looks at Vince and Lexa confused. They give her a tight smile and say they would come back tomorrow morning to check in on her.

" Lexa, you saved my life and put yours in danger. I cannot thank you enough for wh-" Bella started to say.

"You would have done the same for me. Now get well soon Bella. We have a ball to plan."She winks and leaves with Vince.

~ Vince and Lexa Suite ~

" You could have gotten yourself killed. I told you to stay put. Trust me next time,"Vince said.

"I trust you, but I also cannot stand by and watch you or anyone that you care about die - I had to do something", Bella said.

"You are all I care abo-" Vince starts to say, but Lexa silences him with a passionate kiss.

Just then his cellphone starts to ring, Vince picks up and hears Ovaro on the other end of the line. "Vince, the bastard escaped. Monty escaped."

Followed by a series of swear words..

Hanging up, Vince looked at Lexa who had gone to take a shower.

She was still in so much danger, he had to find a way to protect her. He was never letting her go.
