“Sure. Come back after eighth period. I"ll be here for a few minutes. Now back to the books.” For the remainder of class, they discussed the economics of the early twentieth century, focusing on Theodore Roosevelt and the oil and steel monopolies. When they were done, Fritz sat down. In less than six months, his mindset had changed. He wanted to be a better teacher, not give it up. The portal made teaching fun again.
