Teresa couldn't stop laughing as she imagined Alexis' face while Elizabeth told the story over and over again about how fun the Pas de deux class was and how contorted Alexis' face got when she found out that William and Elizabeth were now partners. Teresa wiped her eyes and finally calmed down "see? He totally has the hots for you!" She said as she nudged Elizabeth. Elizabeth shook her head and blushed "no way, we just met and besides, I'm here to dance not get a boyfriend." Teresa rolled her eyes and turned out the light as she curled up under her blanket "whatever you say".
Elizabeth curled up under her blankets and softly touched her warm, pink cheek as she stared at the ceiling in the dark 'I'm here to dance, not fall... Fall over? No, fall asleep? Well yes but now, fall in love, exactly, I'm not here to fall in love' she thought as her eyes drooped before closing, the only sound left in the room was her soft, quiet snoring.

Elizabeth stretched and rubbed the sleep out of her eyes as she woke up. She checked the time and slowly got out of bed, grabbing her leotard and tights before walking groggily to the bathroom. She stared at herself in the mirror before realizing she felt funny down there. Her eyes widened as she looked down "oh God why?? Damn it" she said as she threw open the bathroom door and went over to her bag. She muttered curses under her breath as she searched through all of her belongings "seriously!? I didn't pack any!?" She sighed in frustration as Teresa woke up.
Teresa rubbed her eyes and looked sleepily at Elizabeth "uh, what's on your butt?" She asked before her own eyes widened in realization "do you need a...?" She asked. Elizabeth nodded, tears in her eyes. Teresa nodded and quickly got up and opened her nightstand drawer, grabbing a tampon and tossing it to Elizabeth "you're a life saver, literally, thank you!!!" Elizabeth said as she rushed into the bathroom. Teresa giggled and yawned "yeah, I know, now hurry up cause I'm starving".
Elizabeth used little movements as they got breakfast that morning. Teresa leaned over to her "dude, you aren't gonna leak, chill" she whispered to Elizabeth as Wilma and Kendall came over to sit with them. Wilma tilted her head "what's up with E? She looks sick" she said "she's just got her shark week" Teresa half whispered. The two frowned in sympathy "ouch, sorry love" Kendall said "wish we could do something to make you feel better" Wilma added. Elizabeth was quiet the rest of the meal, she knew how bitchy she could be during shark week and didn't want to say anything she'd later regret.
Elizabeth didn't speak for most of the day, she simply danced. A few of her teachers asked what was wrong but let it go when she didn't respond to anything. The first day was usually pretty easy for her and this time it went extra smoothly. Which honestly scared her, it reminded her of the calm before the storm, which never meant anything good, ever.

Elizabeth woke up the next morning in a weird mood, she wasn't bitchy, but she wasn't happy-go-lucky either. She was somewhere in the middle. She sighed and went to the bathroom to change before breakfast.
Elizabeth sat in silence at breakfast again, she poked at her breakfast as her friends chatted away. She suddenly felt incredibly home sick, as if another day away from her family and friends would kill her. She stood up and said she was going to the bathroom. She quickly walked away before any tears could fall, she wouldn't cry in front of these girls, she couldn't cry in front of these girls.
She entered an empty hallway and finally let her tears fall. She continued walking as she cried, not looking where she was going. As she turned a corner she ran into someone, a bigger someone so it must've been a guy but she didn't take the time to look up. She simply leaned against the tall, muscular body as she cried. She felt comforted as the arms of this mystery person wrapped around her, strong and caring. She was also thankful that said mystery person stayed quiet.
A few minutes later she pulled away, sniffles, and wiped her eyes. She looked up at the kind person who had let her use his shoulder to cry on. She was surprised by who she saw in front of her "Mr. Terrence...?" The kind teacher smiled warmly at her "hello Elizabeth, want to tell me why you're running around the halls crying?" He asked in a teasing voice. Elizabeth looked down with embarrassment "I was feeling a little homesick is all sir" she said quietly.
Mr. Terrence chuckled and hugged her again "being homesick is nothing to be ashamed of now dear, everyone feels that way every once in a while" he said as he looked at her and wiped a tear from her cheek in a fatherly manner. Elizabeth gave him a small smile and nodded "now then love, there you are, chin up" Mr. Terrence said softly "thanks Mr. Terrence" Elizabeth said as her smile widened a teensy bit "anytime dear, and if you need a day off I can get you and Teresa out of your classes so you can rest and she can keep you company" he said softly. Elizabeth nodded slightly "that'd be great, thank you" she said quietly "alright, now run along love" he said as he nudhed her slightly and walked away. Elizabeth smiled as she walked towards her dorm.

Elizabeth and Teresa woke up from a long nap and realized they needed something to eat. Elizabeth moved around slowly as she got ready to go out to a restaurant. Ten minutes later they were in the tube system with Wilma and Kendall to grab a bite to eat. Kendall giggled as Will and his friends ran in right as the train was about to leave. Elizabeth noticed him and felt a bit more nervous than usual, you can blame her little friend. Wilma nudged her and she blushed and smiled slightly.
William suddenly chuckled and walked over to them "the guys and I were wondering if you ladies would like to join us for some supper?" He asked, his eyes remaining on the suddenly shy Elizabeth. Teresa smirked and spoke up "of course we'll join you, it'll be fun" "awesome! I'm glad- I mean we're glad you will" he said as he finally looked away from Elizabeth. He and Teresa chatted for a minute before he awkwardly made it back over to his friends.

After they had eaten Teresa, Wilma, Kendall, and all of Will's friends had drifted in opposite directions, leaving Elizabeth and William alone. They walked together in silence until they reached a park. As the walked beneath the trees in the soft moonlight, a soft breeze blowing, Will spoke up "I had a great time tonight" he said as he rubbed the back of his neck. Elizabeth nodded with a soft smile "yes, it was quite fun" she said as they stopped on a bridge overlooking a little creek. They stood next to each other, again in silence, but it wasn't awkward, it was quite comfortable, as if they were the very best of friends who could sit in silence and still know what the other was trying to say.
Elizabeth sighed contentedly as the breeze blew threw her long brown hair. Will looked at her and couldn't help admiring how her eyes shone in the moonlight "you know, it was fun, but it might be even more fun if we, perhaps, did it again with just the two of us" he said softly, a ray of hope shining in his eyes. Elizabeth turned and looked at him before smiling again "I'd like that a lot" she said quietly. William looked her in the eyes and briefly glanced at her lips, then, in a matter of seconds, he had cupped her cheek with his soft hand and firmly pressed his lips against her own. No more than half a second later, Elizabeth found herself kissing back, it was as if she had been caught in a dream. After a minute he pulled away and ptouched his forehead to hers "we should go back now" he said quietly. She nodded slightly as she placed her hand on top of his which he still had placed on her cheek. He kissed her softly once more before taking her hand and walking her home.

That night Elizabeth was laying in bed with a dreamy smile on her face as Teresa tried to get her to say what had happened. Elizabeth just smiled, bit her lip, and rolled over with a simple "I'll tell you in the morning" before closinher eyes and drifting dreamily off to sleep.
