Hailey’s POV
I ran away and after running, I realized that I have no place to go.
It is not like I would die on the streets now-- because I have my own house. But I don’t wanna go there; he would definitely find me there.
I went to several places, like the Church-- they say that we get all the answers there. I prayed for a while, and they are correct.
I saw Alex there.
I ran to him and he was shocked as he saw me.
“Hailey?” he asked and I nodded my head.
“Ye-s Alex!” I hugged him and he hugged me back.
“Oh gosh, why are you here?”
“I-I… I ran away”
“Did he hurt you!?” He asked, getting away from me.
“N-No, but…” I trailed off. “I-I don’t know. He… he changed again. We were happy and suddenly he…. He again started behaving as he used to do before” I cried my heart out.
