" I was called too as an Acapel few years after I was born, only that we didn't know when it was a year, day, noon nor evening. We judged by the pale moon hung in the sky. That day, I had returned from the lower banks of the newest river. With me Pau and Hoanji returned with scars. Some Hoars had attacked us at the bank. The aggression grew into so much great power, but I knew nothing on how to fight them back. We lost to them and had the fiercest scars on our dyed-skin bodies. The Royal tattoo.
When I returned to the cabin, I laid in pains, feeling like I was losing so much energy which I knew nothing about then. Then, the nightmare met met. It was strange, frightening and fierce. I was standing in a tent that had sculptures of the nine gods of Balgon, standing all round me, from the base of the ground and shooting to the high roof of the great tent.
A little noise echoed in several resoundings. That time, a strange great energy where floating in from an unknown source, making the whole scene dream-like. I didn't believe it all. Like the Knights of the gods of Balgon, I transformed into one, an Almoner. The lightning, flaming eyes and fierce look with all the power that had prepared me. It was a lot frightening.
I stayed with my father. He told me then that it was a call. To answer the call, you must defeat your keeper and have the keys to your own door to the tent." Rainer killed off the monologue with a sad sigh.
" The gods are calling to you, Ven." She added, slowly looking up into his bit closed eyes.
" 'My keeper'...." He'd rather stress, standing from his single bed, fitting his feet into his shoe, pacing hither and thither in his room.
" So I have the power of an Acapel?" He asked in disbelief.
"Yes."
" Does that mean someone float in the air or make me beat up some infuriating guys? " he asked with a thought leapt backed over his past.
"What?"
" Never mind. " He chipped in, biting his lips, unnerved.
The late invitation to the tent of the nine gods of Balgon had reached to Venus. Rainer put him to her truck driving off to a wild field behind a cemetery, alighting with a cup of drink that had a colourful straw in it. Venus wondered why she had brought him there as she walked to the bonnet of the old truck, putting on her sun glasses.
"So?" He finally spoke up standing in confusion before Rainer.
" So you're gonna learn your power and strength. At fortnight you must go down to the tent of the gods or the nine gods come after you with dreadful plaques. So you're gonna start with your first lesson.... what do you wanna learn first?" She hissed, litting a stick of cigarette.
" Um...making someone float...is that a bad start?" He wondered why Rainer stared at him that way.
Next, she looked away with a bubbling sip, carefully looking around to see a fat tree beyond, at the edge of the field. She walked on with Venus saying nothing at all, bubbling the drink in the mug with the straw. Venus however, was saying a lot of things while Rainer was focused, gradually unleashing her energy which surged within her terrifyingly. She snapped the mug as though it were to be a sheet paper, jumping with a heavy kick to the tree which bent with a great break.
" No, I can't do that that.... I asked for a floating power not breaking fat trees..I'm gonna have broken bones before I get down with death. " he bemoaned in sheer doubt, but was cut short by the mean Rainer.
" The tree is broken Ven, you have to force it to the ground."
The rest of the hot afternoon while Rainer sat in the truck smoking with a relaxed head watching Ven, he kept trying to force down the already bent tree down to the ground. He just couldn't. He climbed it up with a wheezy breath, forcefully stomping his foot against the tree which neither bent further nor made a.shake.
This he did till it was getting dark, yet no bending nor a further c***k at all. Rainer was fed up with Venus' weakness. She ignited the engine of the truck as it revved slowly driving away leaving Venus behind.
" Hey!" He called from on top of the fat tree.
" Someone forgetting me?" He yelled on but he got no response and just had to swiftly climb down racing after the moving truck.
Venus kept yelling after the truck but wasn't heard. He ran through streets with the yell and was gradually getting vexed. His heartbeat increased, that he could feel his heart as though it was thumping out of his chest. He knew Rainer clearly could hear him, but wondered why she'd keep silent, still driving home without Venus.
" F*ck you!" He yelled out in annoyance, feeling his fist silently vibrate.
Rainer stopped, coming down and walking down to him with a scowl look while Venus too walked to her too. On reaching to him she slapped his face with a silent growl, grabbing Venus and throwing him to a street pole, following a crashing sound and the loud groaning from Venus. Rainer's anger was gradually turning her into an Acapel while Venus was standing in so much pains and anger that was almost bursting out of him.
As Rainer clenched her fist, with lightning in her hand, showing the so much energy that surged within her. She walked quickly to him, grabbing him up to the street lamp, punching his face severally and threw him to the floor.
" Hey!" A young man called at a distance with a flash light since it was dark.
But Rainer commanded a great wind which drew him to Rainer forcefully as she spinner his head, dropping him dead on the ground.
However, the weakened Venus was getting infuriated gradually. He felt a heat, coming up to his head, causing a great vibration that caused barely seen lightning in his head as he opened up his eyes.
" That's it..." Rainer muffled to herself.
