About The Strange Girl

1039 Words
Venus stood heavily with a soft groan feeling so heavy. He felt the energy this time and really felt different. It seemed to him as though the world was little before him. Everything he could think of was possible to him at that moment, then the glowing lightning died off. "That's it..." Rainer muffled again with a heavy breath, walking to him. " Your power only reawakens when you call it! There's nothing behind the anger and grief. Ever wondered what Almoner means? 'Anger of the gods'. You see what you did right there? That tree is getting down tomorrow." She spoke to him before they drove back home. However after they had alighted, Rainer went inside leaving back Venus who kept wallowing in a thousand thoughts. He kept thinking of all that he felt few minutes ago. " Anger of the gods?" He would think. Quickly he looked down from the truck, alighting to pick an insect he had seen, dropping it on his wrist waiting for a bite that would burst out his annoyance to feel more of what he did feel before. " Come on, come on, just a bite, come on!" He kept urging the insect mindfully, but it'd only crawl around. "Stupid...." Venus hissed, picking a second one, waiting for a bite too. And while he kept doing the thing with the insects, his glance caught up with someone walking a metres off. It seemed to be a lady, perhaps, younger. She had a hoodie on, calmly walking to the shabby building next to Venus'. He quickly knew she was the one he had seen the last night. He began to wonder what she was and why she stayed alone. " Perhaps she moved in with the guy on the mirror' he concluded, finally moving in to meet Rainer already snoring loudly from her room. " Acapels snor weirdly..." He snapped, walking to his room. From his window, he could see the young girl through her window. She stood before the window, letting out the heavy smoke she had smoked in. Later on, it seemed she began whimpering. Venus thought because he could hear her distant voice, together with her bouncing shoulders. Next, she shut the windows and that was all Venus could see. The girl seemed strange and wild to him. He had the rest of then night deliberating on the strange girl he had seen. And very early in the morning after the tearing sound of her weakened door had awoken Venus, he quickly stood, to see the strange girl walking away on hoodie and her two hands dipped into the two pockets. Quickwittedly, he quietly scampered from their building, silently walking after the girl, to see where she always would go every morning and late at night causing the infuriating door sound which disrupted Venus' peaceful sleep. He kept walking as quietly as he could after the strange girl. After an average distance away from home, he saw her hand over a bag to a man who climbed a scooter, riding off quickly. Venus wondered why he didn't see the bag all the while. Then she turned to left, sauntering down the bridge where she stood looking down to the waters. Filled with tears, she sat on the concrete pavement, whimpering in tears. At this moment, Venus didn't just know what to do. He wondered why everything she did was done, the strange and snappy handing over of the bag and the strange tears that he could see drill down her eyes, even though he could, but barely see her face. With the whole thought about the strange girl, he couldn't focus anymore during his training to respond to the call at the tent of the nine gods. After he had stood before the door, he was full of sadness, raising a.punch to the tree and groaned in great pains for his fair knuckles bled. " Where's your focus Ven?" She almost thundered crushing the cigarette but with her heavy shoe. She quickly thought of what she'd do to him and took in a quantity of her drink, spilling it on him through her mouth. Instead of being more angered, he got pensive all the more. Rainier was right! His focus was totally lost to the strange girl he had encountered. But Rainer waited to see the outcome of the drink she had spilled on. She watched him grip a branch and lifted his foot to stomp on the bent three, but he missed his target slipping off from the fat stem, falling in great pains. And while Venus groaned on the ground, Rainer swiftly stood in sheer annoyance, heading to the truck. " It's useless! Have yourself as a fallen Acapel." She said in great anger, trying to put on the engine which would weakly rev but then go off again. " What am I saying? You're not even a goddamn Acapel. Let us just wait and see how you fall....ripped apart by the nine gods and have your little parts thrown to the Hoars." She incessantly bemoaned as Venus got into the revving truck with aches all over his body. After they got home, Venus stood before his window. He wanted to see the strange girl come back. And after a while, she did return, weakly walking to her door using her body to push in. This got Venus more thinking. He also wondered what she looked like. Everything about her clearly seemed strange. Morover very early in the morning, Venus stood outside awaiting the usual tearing sound of her door. And as soon as he heard that, he quickly stood walking down to the girl, halting nervously. She didn't try to stop at first, she attempted to walk on, but Venus insisted that she stopped. And finally she gave up, standing wth her face turned away. "I know you must have not ah....seen this face, but I have seen yours...not really your face, ah...you..just you. I just wanted to um know your name at least. But..but..but if that becomes a little bit difficult or infuriating, you can at least tell me you're fine. You know what, just say something to me, please..." Venus pleased, taking a deep breath.
