AMRIT-KALASH

CHAPTER 12:: THE TEXT MESSAGES

After meeting his loving yet possessive brother , Kalash headed for his company for a round. Kalash was feeling very happy from inside. An unknown satisfaction was engulfing him from inside. He was smiling in his mind. His driver Gopal too had caught Kalash to smile unmindfully more than once. Gopal rather smiled in his mind thinking that his Kalash Baba was happy for some good reasons. Perhaps he was guessing something.

Kalash was enjoying the scenes outside the window of his car arduously probably for the first time in many years. He was enjoying and every now and then a beautiful face was popping up in his mind. Kalash was stopping himself to smile but could not.

All of a sudden Kalash's phone made a sound. Kalash understood from the ring that a new message had come. Kalash immediately looked onto the phone. He was hoping for someone to message and was eager to know that whether the message came from him or not.

Kalash lit his phone up and saw that it was a message from none other than the one from whom he was hoping for a message. It was Amrit. He grinned and immediately opened the chat box.

"Hi " repied he and said " I was waiting for your message..."

Amrit got the reply and smiled at the pace at which the reply message landed to him.

He felt a sudden happiness in his mind too. He replied..

"Oh , I did not know that you were waiting for my message.."

Kalash got the reply and said " Yah ,infact I was hoping that whether you are feeling the same way as I am feeling ? "

Amrit smiled and said " I don't know , how you were feeling.."

Kalash smiled and said " Well , I think that you know everything , it's only you wanted to hear that from me , that's it.."

Amrit smiled and said " Well , if you think that way then so be it..may be I wanted you to put your feelings into words."

Kalash smiled and said " Well , then listen. I am travelling to my office. I am in my car. This is the first time that I am enjoying the outside views, but in between that view I could see one face erupting up in my brain. However I try , it's not going away...and the face is none other than yours..."

Amrit read the whole text message and he smiled in his mind.

He said " Well , I am still sitting in my office. I am also thinking of someone. I normally don't get attached to people . This is for the first time that I got attracted to someone. I liked that someone and yes I could not stop myself thinking about you. Your face is getting erupted again and again in front of me. "

Kalash smiled . There was clear reflection of feelings from the side of the person of his choice. He was hoping to have that and he was getting it. He could not understand that what exactly happened suddenly that Universe was so merciful to him that he was getting what he was hoping. He pinched himself once just to make himself believe that whatever was happening to him , everything was true completely. He hissed with pain as he pinched himself a little hard. He understood that everything was really real.

Kalash smiled and replied...

"I don't know why exactly all of a sudden the whole Universe is bringing everything to me which I am wishing for. I would not lie but I am loving it..." said Kalash.

Amrit chuckled in his mind reading the message.

Lula was observing Amrit from the glass window. She was happy understanding that Amrit was enjoying the conversation with Kalash . She was genuinely happy for Amrit that he had found out the right person for himself .

Lula did not get what she wanted in her life. She wanted a small family of her own , a loving husband. A happy family where she would be secured and she would have spent her life happy and content. But unfortunately she could not get any of that.Her husband absconded for two years without informing her. He did not think of taking her with him . But Lula loved her husband . She genuinely wanted to spend her life with him , had a happy family with him . But her husband did not find her worthy enough to spend his life with her. Lula loved kids. She always wanted to be a mother of two. When she was a teenager , in her desires she wanted to be a mother of a son and a daughter. The son should be the older one and the daughter should be the younger one. She had thought of the names of the children too. She used to be so excited when she thought of that. But nothing realised for her. She was married only to be left by her husband. But she wanted her Amrit Daada ( Brother) to have every single thing which she missed in her life , a good life partner and a secured family.

Amrit held Lula's hands when everyone else in this world left her. So Amrit was very special to her. Lula smiled as she saw her Amrit Dada( Brother ) was in the course of getting the love of his life.

Lula sighed a relief. She thought that the Universe is not cruel to everyone at least...because in her life she had faced the cruelty of the Universe.

Lula was a pure soul but she suffered a lot.

Lula went back to her seat and started her work of the day.

"So , you were asking from the Universe that I should text you ?" asked Amrit to Kalash.

The message was shot.

Kalash got the message on the other end .

Kalash smiled and said " Yes , kind of. Like I did not hide my feelings from you ....I like you and gradually I am liking you more..."

Amrit got the message .

He smiled in his mind and said " I am liking you more too..."

Kalash got the message and he was ecstatic with the answer from Amrit's side.
