Chapter 17 “I’m so excited! I haven’t been to a game in forever!” I rolled my eyes without fear of hurting Rachel’s feelings. She was too consumed with outlining her lips and applying the perfect amount of gloss. If she’d squealed in delight once, she’d done it ten times in the past hour. Jake had to be at the stadium early with the rest of the team, so Rachel and I had gotten a ride with Mom and Dad but planned on riding home with Jake after the game.
