“W-what?” I asked, shaking with disbelief. My heart drummed against my ribcage and the corners of my eyes slightly watered. Despite how terrified I looked and felt, Collins remained unfazed. “I said get on the bed,” he ordered again like it was nothing. Clenching and unclenching my fists, I took in a deep breath and obliged. Each step that I took towards the bed felt like hell.
