Struck as always all but speechless by the beauty of the golden hills above, of the steel-blue bay below, and of the scarlet bridge linking them, Gina bit her lip, forcing herself to think. “Solomon and the baby?”
“Exactly!” chuckled Michael, his own eyes apparently immune to the glory of the view. “Clever girl. Yes. I knew they knew that arbitration was an all-or-nothing gamble — a gamble I knew neither of them actually felt confident in making. After all, if either of them was that sure of her own case, would they have come to me in the first place?”
