Lyris felt that she could breathe easier when they found Timmit. Which was a surprise as she hadn’t realised she was worried. It was good to see him alive and to know she hadn’t killed him. Arn had been her priority, and then the Princes had arrived and taken over before she’d had time to blink. The guards found him washed up at the base of the meadow, tangled in stinging vines. From what she’d heard around the campfire, he had surrendered immediately.
