Fin wasn’t sure what to expect when he arrived at his parents’ home for dinner. After his father showed up at the office, it was extremely tense, with Gus’s mood becoming volatile. Only the young biker seemed impervious. Caine spent most of the time on his phone, browsing social media and announcing anything he found interesting, or at least things he thought were funny. Most of his comments made Fin cringe. Given how quickly Gus was to snap, Fin didn’t think it was wise to irritate him. However, Gus actually seemed to smile at a few of the young biker’s comments. It was confusing to say the least. Fin wanted to ask Caine how he was able to navigate such a tricky situation, but didn’t get an opportunity. There definitely was a story there. He had noticed it during his brief stay in Ohio
