The night was oddly silent given the work they were there to do. For security, their target had settled in an old barn several miles out of town. That was perfect for their purpose as well, since it eliminated witnesses. Even so, they blocked the only exit road to ensure no one would accidentally come down that way. They had cut their engines to approach in silence, but it was probably unnecessary given the loud music reverberating through the old barn.
