Chapter 32
32 She had been too exhausted to do anything about David's behavior that night, and had fallen asleep before Lucian had even returned from his room. But it had not been a good sleep. She had been restless all night, twisting herself in the blankets. Come morning she was so fired up about the situation she barely got out the bedroom door before she realized she had better get dressed. Pulling on her robe she made her way through the mansion and to Lucifer's office where she knew he would be sitting. She didn't bother to knock or announce herself she just pushed the doors open and walked in.
