"What did you do with her?" It had been days since the incident with Marguerite, and she had not seen Lucian, or Lucifer since. They had left the old house that night, dragging the vampire with them and not come back for nearly a week. She had not looked up from her book when Lucian came in, followed by Lucifer. Lucifer just kept walking, but Lucian stayed, leaning on the door frame and watching her. When he did not respond she looked up from her book and asked again. "What did you do with her, Lucian?" She wasn't sure she cared, but in a way, she did. Addison could not be an outright cold person.
