59 David did not stay down for long. Despite a broken arm, bruised body and pride he still walked around the house like he owned it.  He did not however continue the mental attacks on his mother while Lucian was in the house. It infuriated the boy that he was no longer the powerful entity in the home and that Lucian was again in charge. He sat now in his space in the basement with his spear on his lap, slowly running a wet stone over the blade, sharpening it and making the ancient metal shine.  He knew exactly how he was going to do it, he had known for a while now.  It had been an odd transformation for him.  He remembered loving his mother very much, having respect for Lucian and living a happy, though somewhat boring life.  And then his thoughts had started to change.  Horrible image
