She put her hand on Lucia’s shoulder again. “Lucia, listen to me and get a divorce. Stop going on like this. I’m afraid that if this continues, you’ll even end up without bones.” She persuaded her earnestly, her eyes unwittingly darting back to the table behind Lucia. She was glad that it was her who sat facing this direction so she was able to see. “Divorce?” Lucia unconsciously tightened her grip on the cup and shook her head fervently. “No, I won’t get a divorce. Definitely not.” If they divorced, she would have nothing to do with him anymore. Just thinking about not being able to meet him in the future, not being able to live with him under the same roof together, and having absolutely no connections with each other… made her heart ache. No, she was not even willing to think about it
